Jessie also holds the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist designation (AFIS)

Cole Hubka

Executive Vice President

Cole Hubka has extensive insurance company management and operational experience; he believes that risk management and claims handling is paramount to controlling insurance costs. Additionally, Cole focuses on evaluating, developing, marketing, and negotiating specialized insurance programs catered to agribusiness related companies.

Steve Mazon

Vice President

Steven was raised in West Virginia and relocated to Central Florida after graduating from Bluefield State College in 2000. Since 2003 he has been consulting with business owners to protect their companies and assets while minimizing the cost of the Insurance Program.

Kathy Brown

Agriculture Specialist 

Kathleen Brown is an agricultural specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining IOA she worked in the PEO industry specializing in the agricultural industry.  She brings 20 years of extensive knowledge in the agricultural industry with experience concerning the Department of Labor compliance and risk management.

Jake Ellis

Crop Specialist

Jake Ellis was born and raised in Loganville, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 and soon after joined Rain & Hail, the largest Crop insurance provider in the county as their Claims QC auditor. While at Rain & Hail he enrolled and completed the "Insurance Specialist Program" on location in Iowa where he was taught the fundamentals of Crop insurance from the Federal Farm Bill, to the development of Crop programs, and how the mechanics worked on the farm and in the fields. After completing the ISP program, Jake was named as Rain & Hail's National Marketing Representative in Des Moines, Iowa. In this position he traveled the country meeting with company marketing representatives to teach and train them on  any newly developed/changed programs or newly introduced tools and resources available. Jake decided to step away from the insurance carrier side of the business in 2021 and joined the Agribusiness Division at IOA as the lead Crop Insurance Specialist. Jake's experience, expertise, and perspective provides a unique opportunity for IOA to better service and protect the agribusiness community that heavily relies on Federal Crop Insurance.
